Happy new year dolls!
I hope you all had a brilliant new years eve night last night, me i was tucked up in bed by about 11 as i have the cold that everyone seems to have and my little girl has got it to so we haven't had much of a good start to the new year at the mo.  I have thought of a few new years resolutions weather i stick to them is another matter as i only usually stick to the for January then it all goes down hill lol.
Here are my resolutions:

1. Spend more time with my family.
2.Don't start smoking again after i have had my baby!
3.Tell my husband what is on my mind if i am annoyed about something and not bottle it all up.
4.Work out more and eat healthy after i have baby.

Hi dolls,
I have a new obsession from today and that is the beautiful KE$HA!!!!
I was watching music channels with my little girl dancing around when Ke$has new music video came on and i was stuck to the TV, her make up was to die for if you was on a night out, some of it could be worn in the day but i would defiantly do my make up for a night out where i was getting dolled right up (witch is never anymore :( but oh well) I can do my make up like it to the housework ha ha.

Here are a few pictures that i have found on the web, i will be doing my make up like ke$ha tomo night so pics will be following on Saturday at some point!

Im back......

Hi Dolls,
I hope you all had a wicked Christmas and all got what you wanted!!!  I had a nice day apart from the husband being drunk in the pub and not getting home in time for Christmas dinner :( but i don't care aslong as my beautiful little girl had a good day then that's all that matters to me and seeing her face on Christmas morning made my heart melt like you wouldn't believe, It was so much better this year as she knew what was going on.
Are you all ready for new years???? We are meant to be going to a party at my sister in laws but i really not in the mood to party, everyone will be getting drunk and i will have to be on the soft drinks as I'm pregnant and Lacie-may wont go to sleep as it will prob be to loud and to much going on.

Will post later with pics of Christmas

My makeup bibles

The Asian Bridal Look Book is a guide to gorgeous hair and make up for every bride-to-be's big day. This book provides solutions for Asian ladies of various skin tones on how best to match their make up hair colour outfit and jewellery for their wedding day as well as other wedding related occasions.

With over 150 pages of inspiring beauty perfection the Asian Bridal Look Book is rolled into a simple two step plan.
Designed with the Asian bride in mind the looks have been specially created by top celebrity make up artists Naveeda and Nina Haider.

I havent done a asian wedding but I show my clients this book to get ideas for there wedding make up or for a specal ocassion as I dont think this can just be for asian brides.   I would recomend this book, i got my copy off of amazon for about £6.50.

Here's a peek at the chapters that you will find.
  • Getting Started
  • Behind Beauty
  • Face to Face
  • Dimensions
  • Moving Forward
  • Looking Forward
There are some really incredible material in this book. First of all, Aucoin  shares a selection of tools that he uses. He insists that you don't have to go out and buy all of them at once, but if you want good results, quality tools are necessary.
He also discusses how changing your makeup just a little, can make such a huge difference!
I especially enjoyed checking out the pages devoted to several famous ladies and how he created their faces. Some famous faces that you will recognize include Julia Roberts, Calista Flockhart, to name a few!
I have always liked to play with makeup, but I had no idea that I could do so much with the makeup that I had on hand.
There is also a section that I think you will like. It shows you how to create 4 distinct looks. And the same techniques apply to everyone.
But perhaps my favorite part of the book is where Aucoin, chooses a famous face and makes her look like someone totally different. Gwyneth Paltrow suddenly looks just like Faye Dunaway in Bonnie and Clyde or Eveline Lange as Debbie Harry. And perhaps my favorite... Martha Stewart as Veronica Lake!
Kevyn Aucoin is world renowned as a leader and innovator in the field of beauty. His work is seen by millions in editorial features, fashion shows, music videos, and advertising campaigns as well as on the covers of virtually every major magazine.
If you are intrested in this book i would reciomend getting it off of amazon as i only paid £5.32 for my copy and they are foing for about £15.99 on ebay.

Snow day again

Hi dolls,

Well this is my first ever blog, I feel happy about this and am looking forward to connecting with you all over things we love!
There is still snow on the ground and have just seen on sky news that London and Kent have been given a weather warning again for more heavy snow fall tonight so I am glad that i don't the rest of my Xmas food shop earlier and that I can now relax lol.

Hope you have all done your Xmas shopping and can now all relax with a nice glass of wine (have one or two for me as i cant drink being pregnant, I timed it so well again lol.)
